of creating a successful entrepreneur? Why the creation of the high-tech
entrepreneurs occurs? Do they need training and support? Can we
help the process of high-tech entrepreneurs' creation? What is the
Virtual Incubators role?
SPECIAL PRESENTATION:
A response of these questions during the seminar will be the presentation
of the new Internet portal named European Virtual Incubator. It
started in 2004 with the support of the European Commission Program
- "Leonardo da Vinci". The portal serves those people
who have an interest in using the existing knowledge and skills
to become high-tech entrepreneurs. Its facilities are supposed to
ensure easier access to specialized training and qualified services
from wide range SMEs consultants.
